Summary

Job Duties

  • Identify and resolve complex issues relating to clinical operations, including personnel and business needs.
  • Manage primarily supervisors and/or experienced professional level employees, to include defining work responsibilities and prioritization, setting performance development plans and goals, and conducting annual performance evaluations.
  • Design and improve uponpatient experience and physician engagement programs.
  • Develop and produce reports on key clinic performance indicators, including clinic volume and patient mix.
  • Meet with faculty and leadership to strategize and implement clinical improvement plans.
  • Ensure financial management and accountability of the clinic(s), including budget administration, performing cost assessments, monitoring financial transactions, and financial reporting. Make strategic recommendations based on the financial data.
  • Create accountability measures and timelines to meet clinic goals.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Required: Five years of relevant experience.
