Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a Research Associate to be part of a project team focused on discovering, translating, and developing next generation therapeutics using cutting edge technologies (3D organotypic spheroids, flow cytometry, single cell RNAseq).
• ÂPerform laboratory experiments and conduct data analysisÂ
• ÂGenerate reliable and reproducible data
• ÂDesign experiments and execute on protocols; propose modification to protocols as needed
• ÂMaintain accurate records, write reports, and prepare presentations
• ÂContribute to project team as well as overall laboratory organization and safety

Required Qualifications
• ÂBS/MS in biological sciences or equivalent
• Â1-2 years research experience in academic and/or pharmaceutical/biotech environment
• ÂExperience working in molecular biology, cell biology, or biochemistry
• ÂCuriosity about science and a willingness to relentlessly think about ways to cure cancer

Preferred Qualifications
• ÂExperience with mammalian cell culture
• ÂExperience with routine molecular biology techniquesÂ
• ÂIndependent, self-motivated and innovative
• ÂExcellent written and oral communication skillsÂ
• ÂOutstanding interpersonal and team skills
• ÂAbility to excel in a goal-oriented and fast-moving team environment
• ÂBasic immunology andÂ
• ÂExperience with microscopy and flow cytometry a plus

Pay Transparency Statement

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.

For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

$47,700.00 - $60,200.00
