Temp Position - Women's Soccer Assistant Coach

This will be a temp position from July 14 - Nov 8th (potentially longer if women's soccer makes the NCAA Post-Season Tournament)
Position will assist with aspects of NCAA Division 1 women's soccer program; includes scouting, on and off court coaching, and on and off court development. Must comply with all NCAA and Saint Mary's College rules, regulations, and by-laws. Other duties will be assigned by Head Coach may include summer camps, community service involvement, and on campus involvement.
Requirements
Assist with organizing practice and scouting for intercollegiate competition. Teach the necessary skills and strategies towards developing a championship level culture. Including the use of scouting and video software.
Video: Assist with video aspects of the program including but not limited to filming of practice and games, scouting and video uploading for WCC requirements, and help staff with individual film breakdown after practice and game.
Promote and foster a positive team environment, appropriate behavior, and sportsmanship by team members.
Travel: Anticipating, preparing, planning and organizing aspects of travel related to the Women's Soccer team.
Work to promote women's soccer program to surrounding communities. Work with campus groups to promote womens soccer program among students, faculty, and staff.
Other Duties as Assigned by the Head Coach
Qualifications/Required:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience (years and applicable field of experience): Two - Five Years
Salary Description $28/hour
