Black Hills State University seeks to fill a full-time health and physical education instructor position in the School of Education. The position begins August 22, 2025.

The successful candidate will be committed to excellence in teaching, have the ability to connect theory to practice, model health and wellness, work well in collaborative settings, and have the desire/ability to make connections to local health and educational entities.

DUTIES:
Duties include teaching undergraduate health and physical education related content and collaborating with other faculty for program success.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Master’s Degree in a physical education-related or health-related field
* 3 years of documented successful experience in a physical education-related or health-related field
* Demonstrated effectiveness in conveying physical education-related or health-related content or pedagogy
* Professional teaching credential and experience

COMMENTS:
