The Wallet and Payments PMO team is looking for a strong Engineering Program Manager with a solid track record of implementing large-scale, cross-functional, and cross-platform programs that drive the strategic goals of the Wallet and Payments organization. This is a fast-paced workplace where individual drive, innovation, and team collaboration are the keys to success. You have unshakable integrity and are as comfortable speaking to executives in open forums as you are with discussing bugs with a team member.
Description
This role will lead projects and roadmap management of the Wallet and Payments program focusing on building capabilities and platform that support delivering amazing customer new features. You will partner and work directly with teams across the Engineering organization and cross-functional teams across Apple, and will lead the end-to-end scoping, planning, execution, and launch of initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in technical program and project management, process improvement, and managing large cross-functional projects and roadmap, and ability to identify risks, and recommend adjustments to the roadmap.
  • Effective decision-maker – balance risks and benefits for the overall good of Apple. Maintain flexibility to handle directional change and maintain ability to concurrently manage multiple priorities on the roadmap.
  • Results oriented, highly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment at detailed levels whilst taking account of interdependencies at higher levels.
  • Experience and ease interacting with and influencing partners and senior executive leadership, push projects and programs forward.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels (internally and externally).
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate technical design brainstorming sessions.
  • Able to build a positive relationship with cross-functional internal organizations. Navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead project teams to the successful delivery of solutions.
  • Have inherent passion to lead, mentor and grow other EPMs in our PMO team.
