Summary
There is currently a Intern/AideResearch opportunity in the Breast Center department at Baylor College of Medicine.
Job Duties
- Conducts literature searches and summarizes information in an appropriate format for a particular study.
- Participates in lab meetings.
- Has strong documentation and organizational skills with the ability to keep accurate records of all work
- performed.
- Has good analytical and computer skills
- Performs routine laboratory and general clerical tasks necessary for daily operation of laboratory.
- Collects, prepares, cleans and stores lab equipment.
- Stocks and prepares media and chemical reagents.
- Maintains records and files.
- Collects and prepares samples for technicians.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in high school or be a high school graduate (or equivalent secondary education) or enrolled in an institution of higher education.
