Job Description Summary:
The University of Kansas School of Nursing is seeking applications for the Franklin D. & Beverly J. Gaines Tipton Nursing Oncology Professorship. This tenure/track position is to strengthen nursing oncology research and education for both the University of Kansas School of Nursing the Cancer Center. The Professorship will focus on interprofessional teams and the underserved populations throughout the state and the region. We are in search of highly motivated nurse scientist who employs innovative methods to tackle significant and demanding problems in oncology, such as nurse navigation of oncology patients, especially in rural areas.
