Job Description

Summary

The Department of Medicine administration team is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Coordinator for day-to-day business operations. The candidate will work alongside the finance and operations teams to support routine to complex business transactions. The candidate will also mentor other coordinators in the Department and train them on proper process for SAP transactions, Concur transactions, and PEPT. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing all Concur transactions for compliance with BCM policy and delegated authority for approval.

Job Duties

  • Independently process SAP and Concur transactions for the Chair's office.
  • Mentor and train existing and new section coordinators on processes and policies.
  • Review and approve Concur transactions that require leadership review.
  • Manage purchase orders, deposit checks, submit shopping cart requests, and order supplies.
  • Coordinate department meetings, retreats and annual courses including marketing, strategic planning and logistics.
  • Support SuccessFactors personnel related transactions.
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Four years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and no experience may also be considered.
  • Knowledge of Concur, SAP and PEPT.
  • Experience mentoring and training.
