Key Job Duties/Responsibilities

Under direction, identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives for systems related to Pharmnet operations.
With minimal assistance, provides data through visualization and documentation to analyze requests and Pharmnet systems.
Works under direction of an architect, manager or senior analyst to follow change control processes to develop, build, test, and implement planned changes with associated technical and functional documentation.
Works under direction of an architect, manager or senior analyst to maintain a consistent approach to P processes and procedures. Maintains Pharmnet systems and mitigates risk related to system operations.
Under the direction of an architect, manager or senior analyst maintains knowledge of Pharmnet systems enhancements and corrections as well as technical best practices.
With minimal assistance, assumes on-call duties as needed to provide user support by defining problems and identifying solutions. Assist in the establishment of a collaborative user support framework that addresses hardware, software, and process issues at all times (24/7). Exhibits excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
To conduct business requirements reviews, technical systems specifications and systems process analysis. To develop detailed selection evaluation criteria. To analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry standard tools and methods with understanding of the technical and business environments. To partner with business process experts to learn and understand problems with software. To develop innovative IT solutions for risky and demanding business situations.

Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and six (6) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
