Provide overall support to the College of Nursing, Health Professions, and St. Vincent's College by managing marketing and communications efforts. Represent the mission, academic and student development programs of both colleges. Work with colleagues in marketing and communications to execute an integrated marketing and communication strategy that meets enrollment and retention goals of the colleges while increasing their visibility.
Act as principal liaison between Marketing & Communications and the College of Nursing, Health Professions and St. Vincent's College. Deeply understand each function, strategy, and tactics in the MARCOMM division in order to traffic content, requests and projects to the appropriate team members. Manage the content development process for each college.
Understand all programs in each assigned college at the graduate and undergraduate level. Differentiators, start terms, nuances, plan of study, etc.
Meet regularly with each Dean, professors, and staff to identify marketing and communications opportunities for each college that help to meet the University's strategic goals.
Coordinate (not manage) Social Media Presence for the colleges in partnership with the main University social media strategy and the college.
Assist in website updating, auditing, and positioning of each college, its programs, and initiatives. Work with Web & Content Development to ensure all pages are up to date and enrollment focused.
Mange project flow and process of request from colleges that have MARCOMM needs, including, but not limited to print collateral, presentations, video and photography requests, etc.
Manage the content strategy for college-based e-newsletters.
Work with Strategic Enrollment Management/Enrollment Communications & admissions on marketing and communications efforts to support the achievement of new student roster goals in the College of Nursing, Health Professions and St. Vincent's College.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills Needed:
Ability to own projects, communicate with various University stakeholders, work with creative teams and deliver projects on-budget and on-time.
Demonstrated success in marketing or enrollment fields. Particular understanding of content development, strategy and execution through multiple channels that include social media, digital media advertising, and web management. Understanding of how the online world can assist in meeting goals.
Budget management experience. Utilizing excel/google sheets is a must.
Must be willing to work against tight deadlines while balancing multiple projects at once.
Sound ethical decision-making skills, enthusiasm and respect for confidential issues.
Highly organized, detail oriented, resourceful and accountable to schedules.
Excellent communication skills.
Must demonstrate strong writing, editorial, proof-reading skills.
Collaborator/Liaison. Must be a proactive communicator, a team player, eager and able to anticipate and uncover new opportunities and needs. Should have a personality that facilitates active collaboration with internal departments to support and produce marketing materials. Also acts as steward of the SHU brand identity.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or a related field.
