Position Summary:
The University of Alaska Fairbanks invites applications for a tenure-track position at the assistant professor rank in Business Administration to begin Fall 2022. Candidates are required to possess an earned doctorate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, or Business Ethics from an AACSB accredited institution. Duties:
Service: Participate in a combination of departmental, university, and professional service.Research: Faculty are expected to publish in peer-reviewed journals in order to meet our AACSB accreditation standards.Teaching: Primary duties are to teach five courses per year at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Teaching will include both in-class and online via Canvas. Incorporating experiential learning opportunities into the coursework is highly encouraged. Outstanding teaching and excellent communication skills are required.

Candidates are required to possess an earned doctorate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, or Business Ethics from an AACSB accredited institution. ABD's from an AACSB accredited school with an expected graduation date prior to August 2022 will be considered.

Primary duties are to teach five courses per year at the undergraduate/graduate level. Faculty are expected to teach in the classroom and via distance learning; incorporation of experiential learning opportunities in the classroom is highly encouraged. Outstanding teaching and excellent communication skills are required. Candidates are required to have significant evidence of the potential for quality research. In addition to having an active research program, candidates will participate in departmental and university service and engage in continuing professional development.
