Job Description
Summary
The student will work in a multi-disciplinary team to study mouse models of neurodevelopmental disorders. The intern will receive training on analysis of EEG data from mouse models of epilepsy.
Job Purpose
Provides temporary administrative or laboratory support to a department while gaining practical work experience.
Job Duties
- Works with the members of Dr. Mingshan Xue’s lab ( https://www.bcm.edu/research/labs/mingshan-xue ).
- Analyzes EEG data from mouse models of epilepsy.
- Organizes, reports, and presents results to the advisor and lab on a weekly basis.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be enrolled in high school or be a high school graduate (or equivalent secondary education) or enrolled in an institution of higher education.
