City of Hope is seeking an experienced Facilities Mechanic III(Electrician specialty)with background in healthcare, commercial, and/or industrial settings. As a successful candidate, you will:
- Install and repair equipment according to applicable building and safety codes.
- Provide assistance to other Engineering shops as necessary to complete work projects on schedule.
- Provide services normally performed by these Engineering Trades:Electrical,Autoclave, Carpentry,A/C, Locksmith, Painting, Plumbing, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Routine/Rounds (MR.R.).
Your qualifications should include:
- 5 or more years applicable crafts experience.At least 2 years experience as Electrician.
- High School Diploma. 4 additional years of experience plus the minimum experience requirement may substitute for minimum education (College or Trade school preferred).
- Current CA driver's license and a good driving record.
- Certification or demonstrated proficiency in 3 or more trades.At least one trade must include HVAC, electrical, autoclave, plumbing, locksmith, advanced carpentry, advanced painting.Other eligible trades include carpentry, painting, Maintenance Repair Rounds (MR.R) or automotive mechanics.
- Trade certification preferred.

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $29.82 - $44.73 / hour
