What You Will Achieve
You will be part of Pfizer’s dynamic Market Access team. You will help us develop and implement reimbursement strategies and programs to obtain coverage, coding and payment from providers. Your advice for reimbursement related matters will help various teams in the organization and you will ensure that market barriers for Pfizer’s products and therapies are decreased or resolved. You will be proactive in working with the Health Economic staff to evaluate the economic impact of the use of therapies and products on payers, including the government. Due to your comprehensive knowledge in this domain, you will deliver training programs to various stakeholders, including sales force, physicians, home care agencies, case managers, hospital CFOs medical directors, billing personnel and pharmacists.
As a Senior Manager, your advanced knowledge of the principles and concepts in the discipline and comprehensive knowledge of other disciplines will enable you to lead complex projects across the division. Your ability to develop and manage plans will facilitate in achieving objectives, interpreting internal and external business challenges and recommending best practices for improvements. While managing complex project environments, you will be able to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks and influence teams to achieve targets for the division.

How You Will Achieve It
Develop ideas, manage plans to achieve objective and lead/co-lead complex projects across business units.
Evaluate market-level access and price strategy proposals and provide guidance and innovative thinking to best achieve access.
Manage the ongoing efforts of the State Law Governance team and assure delivery against critical key performance indicators.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's Degree
7+ years’ experience
Demonstrated experience collaborating across a large organization with demonstrated ability to integrate technical and commercial needs
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical business, including experience in strategy development
Familiarity with strategic, financial and operating planning processes
Strong customer-orientation and ability to anticipate issues/needs and to work proactively to address them
Exhibits strong collaboration skills and ability to engage across multiple functions at a senior level
Strong technical and analytical skills, such as proficient in excel and other data processing tools
Nice-to-Have
Master's degree
Marketing or health science consulting experience
